I led the end-to-end UX research process for the Syarah App, conducting stakeholder and user interviews to identify needs and pain points. I synthesized insights through personas, affinity mapping, and user journey maps, prioritized issues based on impact and effort, developed feature recommendations, refined the information architecture with card sorting, and created low-fidelity wireframes to improve the overall user experience.
